We have 9 rooms, of which 6 are doubles, 2 are twins and 1 is a family room which can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Facilities: All of our rooms have en-suite showers and have tea/coffee making facilities, TV with remote, hairdryer, iron and board.  7 of the rooms are adjacent to the pretty gardens and 2 (doubles) are upstairs in the historic pub.  

Prices: range from £95 low season to £140 high season for a standard double.

Pets: We accommodate a limited number of dogs in our rooms (no more than 2 per room) subject to availability and by request.  £10 per night surcharge.

Payment Terms and Conditions.

Deposit: Your payment card is stored securely to confirm your booking.

Payment terms: Your card will be charged the full booking value on the morning of the arrival date. Any additional items added during your stay will be charged on departure.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel for free up to two full days before the day of arrival. Cancellation less than two full days before arrival, or a no-show (not turning up without advance warning of cancellation), will incur a late cancellation penalty of the full value of the booking.  For group bookings a variable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and held on account to secure the reservation.  Cancellation for group bookings: Free up to 14 days prior to day of check-in. 50% of any single room or the whole booking if cancelled between 13 and 7 days of the reservation and 100% for any single room or whole booking if cancelled between 3pm 7 days before the day of reservation and the day of reservation.

Damage: We reserve the right to remedy and charge for any damage incurred to your room or the premises during your stay (including, without limitation, specialist cleaning), or for any items that are missing when you leave.

No Smoking: Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas. A cleaning charge of £50 will be applied if guests are found to have been smoking in bedrooms. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
